Colour Pencil Pet Portraits

Some of my recent portraits made entirely in colour pencil. It is a very slow medium but produces incredible detail and control over the tiniest features in the portraits.

Previous Pet Portraits

As I was discovering my style I tried out a few different mediums before settling on colour pencils. These portraits are a little older but I am very proud of them. I started by creating portraits with graphite pencils, then moved on to a combination of watercolour and colour pencils in my later efforts.
